lyrics
We all know the same stars, we all know the desert’s warm
sometimes we need to leave home, sometimes we need a new sun
beyond the words you say, you do nothing
behind the words you already signed with all your pride
sometimes I see the stars, sometimes we need to return
and now you left me at home, it's like to fall in a storm
beyond the words you say, you do nothing
behind the words you've already signed with all your pride
only a way to deny the silver times where I was
only a way, I'm on your side
beyond the words you said, they’re only desert lies
behind the words you sold there's only the sand
behind the words you said there’s only a sign with all your pride
now when I see the stars, I know I needed a home
and when you left me alone, it’s like to fall in a storm
beyond the words you say, you do nothing
behind the words you've already signed with all your pride
only a way, I'm on your side
beyond the words you said, they’re only desert lies
behind the words you sold there's only the sand
behind the words you said there’s only a sign with all your pride
Featured this album on the thirtieth issue of RULE of THREE (bit.ly/RULEofTHREEbc). Dead Man ironically features a calm but steady heart-beat throughout the track soon accompanied by a powerful bass line with some nice chord changes. The heavily distorted but pleasing guitar creates some drama and paves the way for the slightly distant vocals that definitely have a sing-along effect. Dead man is very much alive. Nice little EP, great psych sound, and the song Reflections stands out for me. Really like that one. They also have a debut full length out wich is impeccable, so also get that one if you like this and don't own it yet. Surrealistic H. Sapiens
One of the greatest albums EVER.
It is simply spellbinding.
And this is from a 66 year old ex hippie who never thought music existed after the 70;s.
Love it. jangleman
