lyrics
Old man, my soul is tired to sweat, to live for her
how many lonely eyes we sold to live for her?
you can't always hide
is there a ghost right here? this soul needs a help
this guy's a heart that cries, he's only a ghost for her
owls just don't look twice
all men can hear her sound, all men are in this fall
I need a home sweet home, you don't have to host this soul
you don't answer though
dear friend, you'll love this deal, we'll swear to lose those ways
we'll sell this enormous fear, we'll endlessly soothe these words
in this long way home
in this way, you can't deny, deny what you've just sworn
this is the owl that cries but never lose itself
with two open eyes
all men can hear her sound, all men are in this fall
I need a home sweet home, you don't have to host this soul
you don't answer though
all men can hear her sound, all men are in this fall
I need a home sweet home, you don't have to host this soul
you don't answer though
Featured this album on the thirtieth issue of RULE of THREE (bit.ly/RULEofTHREEbc). Dead Man ironically features a calm but steady heart-beat throughout the track soon accompanied by a powerful bass line with some nice chord changes. The heavily distorted but pleasing guitar creates some drama and paves the way for the slightly distant vocals that definitely have a sing-along effect. Dead man is very much alive. Nice little EP, great psych sound, and the song Reflections stands out for me. Really like that one. They also have a debut full length out wich is impeccable, so also get that one if you like this and don't own it yet. Surrealistic H. Sapiens
One of the greatest albums EVER.
It is simply spellbinding.
And this is from a 66 year old ex hippie who never thought music existed after the 70;s.
Love it. jangleman
